    Multi-story casino construction

    A 2nd-floor transfer level features a 55-ft. wide span, which supports a 7-story hotel structure over the conference center. Engineered and constructed on a short timeline, a Versa-Floor™ system featuring Deep-Dek® 6 Composite was used.

    Open-span hotel project

    To fit the architect’s plans for open spaces, Versa-Floor™ system featuring Deep-Dek® 7.5 Composite + 5-in. concrete was employed to support a one-story podium with three floors of wood framing above. The system was used to transfer weight of the wood frame hotel over a mixed-use space at ground level.
